Torah Study
After leaving the synagogue, one should go to the study hall and set a fixed time for learning — a time so fixed that one does not let it pass, even if it seems there is much to be gained elsewhere. (Shulchan Arukh, Orach Chayim 155:1)
Before Learning
Before learning, one says:
yĕhi raṣon millĕfanekha Adhonay ʾĕlohay, shelloʾ ʾekkashel bidhvar hălakha, shelloʾ ʾomar 'al ṭameʾ ṭahor, wĕloʾ 'al ṭahor ṭameʾ, wĕloʾ 'al muttar ʾasur, wĕloʾ 'al ʾasur muttar. wĕʾal ʾekkashel bidhvar hălakha, wĕyismĕḥu vi ḥăveray, wĕʾal yikkashĕlu ḥăveray bidhvar hălakha wĕʾesmaḥ bahem. bĕshem Adhonay ʾel 'olam na'ăseh wĕnaṣliaḥ. kol yisraʾel yesh lahem ḥeleq la'olam habbaʾ, wĕ'ammekh kullam ṣaddiqim lĕ'olam yirĕshu ʾareṣ, neṣer maṭṭa'ay ma'ăseh yadhay lĕhithpaʾer.
May it be Your will, Adhonay my God, that I do not stumble in a matter of law — that I do not call the impure pure, or the pure impure; that I do not call the forbidden permitted, or the permitted forbidden. May I not stumble in a matter of law, so that my companions rejoice in me; and may my companions not stumble in a matter of law, so that I rejoice in them. In the name of Adhonay, God of the universe, we shall act and prosper. All Israel has a share in the world to come — and your people, all of them righteous, shall inherit the land forever, a shoot of My planting, the work of My hands, in which to glory.
Reading the Mishnah
For reading the Mishnah, one opens with:

All Israel has a share in the world to come, as it is said: "And your people, all of them righteous, shall inherit the land forever — a shoot of My planting, the work of My hands, in which to glory." (Isaiah 60:21; Mishnah Sanhedrin 10:1)
Reading the Prophets

I spoke through the prophets, and I gave many visions, and through the prophets I gave parables. (Hoshea 12:11) And I raised up from among your sons prophets, and from your young men nazirites; is this not so, children of Israel? — declares Adhonay. (Amos 2:11)
And upon concluding:

Our Redeemer, Adhonay of hosts is His name, the Holy One of Israel. (Isaiah 47:4)

The Torah that Moses commanded us is the heritage of the congregation of Jacob. (Deuteronomy 33:4) And this is the Torah that Moses set before the children of Israel. (Deuteronomy 4:44) For I have given you good instruction; do not forsake My Torah. (Proverbs 4:2) Blessed are You, Adhonay; teach me Your statutes. (Psalm 119:12)
And upon concluding, one says:

barukh Adhonay nothen hattora. barukh Adhonay lĕ'olam, ʾamen wĕʾamen. yimlokh Adhonay lĕ'olam, ʾamen wĕʾamen.
Blessed is Adhonay, who gives the Torah. Blessed is Adhonay forever, Amen and Amen. Adhonay shall reign forever, Amen and Amen.
After Learning
After concluding one's study, one says:

I give thanks before You, Adhonay my God, that You have placed my portion among those who sit in the study hall, and not placed my portion among those who sit on street corners. For I rise early and they rise early — I rise early for words of Torah, and they rise early for idle things. I labor and they labor — I labor and receive a reward, and they labor and receive no reward. I run and they run — I run toward the life of the world to come, and they run toward the pit of destruction. Men of bloodshed and deceit shall not live out half their days, but I will trust in You. And I will trust in You, for You have not forsaken those who seek You, Adhonay. For all the peoples walk each in the name of his god, but we will walk in the name of Adhonay our God forever and ever. (Baraita, Berakhot 28b)
After any session of Torah study, it is customary to say:

Rabbi Chananya ben Akashya says: The Holy One, blessed be He, wished to make Israel worthy; therefore He gave them Torah and mitzvot in abundance, as it is said: "Adhonay desired, for the sake of His righteousness, to make the Torah great and glorious." (Isaiah 42:21; Mishnah Makkot 3:16)
